Current arrival rules in Austria
To enter Austria from any country, you don't need a 3G certificate (vaccinated/recovered/tested)
- Vaccinated persons: considered fully immunized after the 2nd vaccination for 9 months
- Validity of the 2nd vaccination for teenagers between 15 and 18 years has been extended for 7 months
- Recovered persons: accepted up to 6 months after the illness (an antibody blood test is not considered a "recovery")
Children ages 11 and under are exempt from the 3-G rule.

Check-in at Reception
The check-in is as usual. Please provide your personal information before arrival to help shorten your check-in time. You will receive the information about this in your pre-arrival email. Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance.
Health and Safety of Staff
More than 98% of our employees have already been vaccinated as part of the company vaccination policy. All other employees are required to take a PCR test every 72 hours. We want to detect any asymptomatic COVID-19 cases early and immediately follow isolation procedures.
Winter - Skiing
The whole ski area is open! Have fun on the slopes :-)
Summer - Hiking, Biking, Golfing, Relaxing
Summer activities can be enjoyed without restriction. Fresh air is the healthiest anyway and strengthens the immune system! On the mountain, social distancing is not a problem.
Sanitation in the Room and throughout the Hotel
Our employees are trained by the company Hollu - Systemhygiene on the new and increased sanitation standards. After each cleaning, the surfaces are disinfected with a disposable disinfectant wipe. The laundry is washed according to strict sanitation regulations. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the hotel. The cleaning frequency in public spaces, such as doorknobs, toilets or lifts, has been increased.
Culinary
Our breakfast buffet, offering 136 assorted items, is available to you every day. Please disinfect your hands or use disposable gloves. You will be able to enjoy our kitchen team’s newly developed creative and tasty dishes.
TIP: Avoid the peak hours for breakfast 9:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. and for dinner 7:15 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Our service staff is also either vaccinated or regularly tested.
Wellness Area & Spa
You can enjoy massages as usual. Our masseur Toni is fully immunized :-)
There are currently no restrictions in the wellness area and indoor pool. We wish you an enjoyable relaxation. Disposable disinfectant wipes are provided in the indoor pool for your use.
NEW: We have expanded our sauna area. On the 3 floor, you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view in our SkySauna.
