The Alpendorf-Wagrain-Flachau-Zauchensee ski resort has been voted the best ski resort in the Alps!
At the ALPITEC international trade fair for mountain and winter technologies, the Flachau-Wagrain-St. Johann Alpendorf mountain railway companies received 21 awards. The ski resort has been named the best ski resort in the Alps and the Wagrain and Alpendorf mountain railways were awarded the "Newcomer of the Year" prize.
Betterpark Alpendorf for snowboarders and freestyle skiers
Snowboarders and freestyle skiers can find in the Betterpark under the 4-seater chairlift at Gernkogel a freestyle park with pro, medium and easy kickers, runs, boxes and rails. The Alpendorf, with the Betterpark is a well-established meeting point for the Austrian and international snowboarder and freestyle skier community.
